Hi All- Kinda TMI:

My period showed up a week late and it's heavier than it has EVER been, it's slightly ridiculous. It's also very clotty.

Could i be experiencing a chemical pregnancy? If I take a test now, would it register hcg?

(Side note: We are not actively trying but are not not trying either. It would be our 3rd and we plan to start actively trying in the spring but if it happened early, we'd be overjoyed!)
