Help!!!!

I've already called and left a msg with my doc about all this pain I'm having. And I'm just waiting on a call back. But I would like some advice on to what's going on with me from other mother's out there.

It started 4 days ago I've been feeling very sick to my stomach I feel the need to throw up but it never happens, & i haven't been able to eat a full meal because of the pain. first this was my own problem but yesterday, the day before and this morning I have very bad diarrhea. I've also started noticing sharp pain on the sides of my stomach when I walk ( kinda like when you've ran for too long). I can't even sleep through the night with my upset stomach 😕. I woke up my boyfriend last night over and over. This morning stomach hurt so bad I thought a bath would help but I had to run out and hover over my toilet. Sorry for the long story, I just want to make sure I tell you all everything.
