Apartment Laundromats

So, I live in a pretty big apartment complex and unfortunately the units don't include their own washers & dryers or even hook-ups. Lame. There's only 2 community Laundromats for residents to use, and they're pretty small (3 washers and 3 dryers). I always try to be courteous and put a timer on my phone to move my laundry to the dryer. Now, if the person before you forgot to move their laundry do you move it yourself or wait? Would you consider it rude if you find your laundry is moved elsewhere like the dryer or folding table?
