Started spotting this morning

So I was pretty happy that this whole time I have not spotted at all bc last pregnancy ended in mc and I spotted the whole time. Well this morning I woke up and when I wipe there is a brownish pinkish yellowish discharge. It's light but I have also been lightly cramping the past few days. Anyone else experiencing this? I am so nervous I am going to have another mc. I get my first ultrasound Friday but that feels so far away.
