How long after hcg levels started dropped did you start bleeding?

Had positive then negetives pregnancy tests but still no bleed.

I started bleeding before I knew my levels had dropped.  I did know they were increasing slowly based off of tests 5 days and 3 days before I started bleeding, but they were still going up at that time.  When I went to the ER due to bleeding large clots, they ran another blood test and found my levels decreased by 750 in those 3 days.

I just recently went through a chemical pregnancy..3 faint positives (10, 11, 12 dpo) and then negatives after that. My period was 8 days late and lasted 2 extra days. Sorry for your loss 💕

I spotted for about 4 days before my cervix finally opened and started passing everything. I think it will depend on how far along you were. I was 5 wks 2 days.
