4cm today when I was checked, I've been taking evening primrose oil(4-5 a day) drinking pineapple juice and drinking pregnancy tea for a week and I'm 2 cm dialated more than I was last week so I'm hoping things continue to progress! Although the midwife said my cervix is behind the baby's head anyone have a clue what that is supposed to mean (besides the obvious) does it affect labor??
