So I think the district manager doesn't like me. She speaks to me and laughs but in a very fake way. I do not kiss butt, I do my job and go above and beyond. My manager loves me and I never have an issue, have never been written up. She comes in here and we have a new hire an older woman she is awesome and a very nice lady and they immediately give her a new position which I think means a raise. I have been here longer. I'm upset. I know she has issues with tattoos as I have one on my wrist that I cover up with long sleeves and one on my neck not very big only of my daughters name and symbol for my mom who passed away, maybe she is discriminating against people with tattoos. I speak like an educated person as well so I know it's not my work ethics nor how I carry myself because I also dress in a proffesional way. I'm mature and hard working so the only thing I can think of is my tattoos.
