My 3 month old lately won't eat on one side? Could it be positioning or can the milk taste different?

It could be that baby is more comfortable laying on one side. Try a different hold. Example if baby likes to nurse from right breast laying across your lap, try using the football hold to feed from your left breast.

I've also heard of people bringing their baby to a chiropractor who specializes in helping babies. Sometimes something is hurting them and a chiropractor can help with it.

Milk should be the same on either side...I would bring baby in to be checked for an ear infection. Sometimes that's the only symptom!
