18 weeks & 2 days: babies position!

Hi all! I'm 18 + 2 days with boy:girl twins, at our appointment yesterday the doctor said the girl is head down and facing towards my lower back, and the boy is head up towards my ribs and body/feet wrapping towards my pelvic area. So far my pregnant has been SO hard, I have said it before and I'll say it again, this has been the most physically and mentally challenging thing I've ever gone through in life. Not only have I had every pregnancy symptom in the book, (migraines, leg cramps, back spasms, round ligament pain, constipation, morning sickness to the extreme, And my favorite of all fainting spells) anyways I've had constant anxiety about early labor, bed rest and wether or not I'll have Csection or vaginal delivery. My question is if all of you twin mommies know the likelihood of the boy twin going head down!
