2nd trimester fatigue
So, I'm 14+1 today and haven't gotten that boost of energy that I keep hearing about that's supposed to come in the 2nd trimester. I'm wondering if anyone has found anything that has helped get some of that energy back besides caffeine. I don't normally like to have caffeine, but the last 2 days I've broken down and drank some because I've just been do tired. I generally get between 8-10 hours of sleep and still feel exhausted. Next month is a long month at work when I'll be working mandatory ot everyday and need to find something to help me through it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
