Ectopic Pregnancy

Has anyone ever had an Ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy)? How do I know if I am having one? What Symptoms would I have?

I have no AF, all BFN, but a lot of pregnancy symptoms and a lot of pain... Severe back pains. I have never felt like this before.
