I had a mc on 8/17. I got AF 4.5 weeks later. Today is CD7. Yesterday I felt some cramping and low back pain but AF had stopped. Could this be my body gearing up to ovulate? We conceive via clomid but my doc is pushing me off for the standard 2-3 cycles before giving it to me again (which is BS). I'm frustrated that I might miss my widow this cycle and won't conceive without the clomid.
