I lost my first baby at 22 weeks from a suspected incompetent cervix. I had a cerclage placed this pregnancy at 13.5 weeks and I get the 17p shots weekly. I go for weekly cervix measurements and up to this week I've measured above a 4. I'm 24 weeks now and I measured at 2.8cm. I haven't been on any kind of bedrest or even pelvic rest and they said to just take it easy this week. I'm wondering what everyone else usually measures at around now? It really surprised me that it dropped so much in a two week period when we hadn't see any changes at all previously.
