She barely wants to see her man

Coming close to the 2nd trimester and she barely has wanted to spend time with her man and basically pushes him away, stops being sweet in conversations like before, but hangs out with other family and friends. They don't live together and she always is too sick when it comes to hanging out with him, but has enough in her to do other things without him. Should he worry?
