How often do you and your partner have sex?

I'm wondering what's average here.  How often each week do you have sex? Also maybe include a bit of background if you like. :)
I'll start.....I'm 33 and my husband and I have been married 5 years,  together 9 years.  We have a 2.5 year old son and are trying to conceive again now. We have recently hit a plateau sexually and are intimate only once a week,  if that.  There have been some extenuating circumstances as of lately, and we are dealing with cancer in the family and my miscarriage last week.  But. ....just wanted to see what is "normal"for everyone else.

I was with my ex husband 16 yrs and was lucky if I could get it every other month never mind once a month. Divorced and with some one 10yrs older (I'm 33) and he's a beast. Twice a day sometimes 3/4 times a day for the last two years we've been together and it keeps getting better.

We have sex probably every other day. I personally would rather do it every two days.  My husband just is an animal. We have been together 7 years married for three of them. We have a three year old daughter and are pregnant with our third child, a boy.

Its hardly ever consistent. Sometimes it'll be 2-5 times a day for a few days, sometimes 3x a week haha. Never usually over a week without though.

I'm 19 he's 20. And in the first year we hadn't had sex yet, second year after me losing my virginity, prolly about 5x a week. Now in our third year, about 3x a week

I'm 29, my DH is 28, we've been together 5 years and married for 3. We have always had a strange dynamic. I would love to everyday, but he can go for extremely long periods of time without needing or wanting to. At the beginning of our relationship, it caused many fights, because I felt very rejected. Over the years I've gotten past (but not over) it. Usually we will go a couple weeks in between, until we start fighting and being very grumpy, then realize we need to, and we will every other day for a few times. So it averages to about four or five times per month. When I'm pregnant we usually have way more sex, but we are on #3 now so it isn't as easy. And at the moment I am having health problems so I'm not allowed to until the doc clears me :( Are on our third week, and have no idea when I will be allowed to :(

I'm 33 & my husbabd is 34. We do it pretty much every other day, sometimes everyday for a couple of days. I'm nearly 8 months pregnant and there's really been no decrease in the amount we have sex. My husband is really attractive and I find it keeps us close mentally and spirutually as well! I was married for nearly 10 years in my twenties and it was quite different -- I never wanted to have sex and my ex wanted to all the time. I usually have in and did it with him 3x a week, but I felt like it was only about the sex for him, not about us actually caring for each other. I'm much happier now.

My husband and I are both 26, together 9 years and married for the last 3, and both work full time. We usually have sex 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes less, occasionally more. It's just hard to find the time, especially when we're both tired, and just want to pass out.

It really depends on the month and how much we work and if its opposite shifts sometimes it's once a week and others 4 or more we've been married almost two years and dating for almost 6 we just do it whenever we can Lol
