Miscarriage??

I've never talked publicly about this and I prefer to stay anonymous.

I'm not sure if I had a miscarriage or not. It has been almost 1 1/2 years so I'm not sure if it's really relevant to even get help or insight. I didn't have a period for about 2 months, or so, and I took a few pregnancy tests throughout that time but they were always negative. I had started spotting a little and within the next day or 2 I started cramping very badly to where i wanted to curl up and cry. There was a lot of blood, like an excessively heavy period, and some blood clots. I felt something pass but nothing that felt significantly different than passing a big blood clot. I never went to the doctor due to fear, no transportation, and an already young child. I know women can have a miscarriage and it seem like a standard period or they just notbrealize it at all. I'm due for an check up and I'm not sure if I could talk to them about it or if it is too late now.
