Need help asap! (Blocked duct?)

Okay. Got a super hard section happening. Not one little spot, it's the whole right and underside of my breast that is hard and painful. I'm thinking blocked duct but I don't know. I'm using warm washcloths and gonna use a heating pad and feeding frequently starting on that side, but what else can I do to expedite the relief? Tried pumping in the middle of the night last night when it first happened, yielded almost nothing and that was on the highest setting. Sleep is super difficult at the moment. Help is appreciated!!
