Ovulation cramps?

This is miserable. Just finished "shark week" aka my period which, bc of Paraguard, was heavy with lots of cramping and now 2 days later I have horrible pain in my right side which I believe is ovulation cramps. Anyone else get this? I'm afraid I'm going to overdose on ibuprofen at this point lol

When i get ovulation cramps, its at the ovary (which is in the pelvic region). Basically find the hip bone, go straight across toward the center of your abs, and it's like halfway between the hip bone and the center line. If the cramps are at your side, that doesn't really sound like ovulation cramping. That just sounds like regular annoying cramping.
