Bad PMS

My period has been consistently starting on the 28th for the last three months and my PMS is through the roof. Like today I threw a mini tantrum over the car in front of me going 42 in a 45 MPH road. I can't get a grip! I overreacted to my boyfriend trying to change our date night plans, and the funny thing is I knew I was overreacting while doing it! He had to stay late at work and I gave him grief about that to. The point of this post is I'm a total bitch right before my period and I can't even control it! 😫😱😤😠😢
