Period after baby
Hi ladies! My LO is about 16 weeks old and EBF. She's started sleeping longer at night, which has spaced out feedings. I'm taking the mini-pill, but I'm having menstrual-like cramps and other period related symptoms. No AF yet though. My questions are:
When did your period return? Did you have any warning signs before you started? Was your period different compared to pre-pregnancy?
