Help Cramps!
I have horrible period cramps on day 1 and 2 and my doctor has told me to not use any pain medicine because of the thining of the blood (I'm super heavy naturally). I've tried the hot bath and heating pad and neither work for me. Does anybody else have some natural remedies for period cramps?
