How to know you're leaking Amniotic Fluid

Got a second membrane stripping Tuesday lost some blood tinged mucus discharge that night. Lost majority of the mucus output of the plug yesterday >.< and ended with some cramping and slight contractions. This morning I went to the bathroom peed had slight mucus discharge very little then went the following hour again and heavy chunks of more mucus and clear fluid saturated my underwear from front to back but I know it's not pee....
