I went to the emergency room on Monday (6weeks2days) and I thought I was 7 weeks according to my last period count. I was spotting that morning after sex very light but since it's my first baby I was scared. They did both regular ultrasound and vaginal ultra sound but the doctor couldn't find my baby's heartbeat. Has anyone gone through this? They considered my pregnancy a possible miscarriage and I'm so nervous for my next appointment. 😢
