So Is If True That You Can Help Get Rid Of Vaginal Odor By Putting AppleCider  Vinigar In Your Bath OR Baking Soda ? ... Has Anyone Done This ? Or Can Anyone Give Me Any Ideas To Get Rid Of Vaginal /Discharge Odor ? Besides Soap ? I Have No Other Symptoms . & Planned Parenthood Is Closed & Will Be Closed For A While Due To The Government Shutting All Of Them Down .

You should really try to make sure that you have no infection. (Obgyn)
Panty liners should help with the discharge. 
Some ladies like the "summer eve" products. You can get them at Walmart or wherever

I've read that s enter soaps can cause your pH to get unbalanced and that can cause odor. I literally just use water and a wash cloth in the shower, no soap. (For the vagina)

Apple cider vinegar is a safe natural route. But you also need to drink lots more water to flush out whatever infection or bacteria, fungal overgrowth is causing this imbalance/odor. Eating yogurt with live active cultures works in balancing normal naturally occurring  yeasts and bacteria "flora" which can sometimes over produce, causing odor. Good luck!

Go to the Dr or er...my ob/gyn... does not recommend any type of douches...body can clean itself...vaginal order and discharge is your body way of fighting an infection

Try vagisil feminine wash. It's works for me but first go to your gyn to check for infections
