NEED ADVICE!!!!!

Okay so my biological dad is 50 yrs old and his girlfriend is 23 yrs old married and has two kids her husband is in prison. And my dad and her has a little boy together not even one yet. They dont know how to take care of the two she has they are always yelling at them.... I hate it. He was never there for me growing up neither one has a job I give them money for the things they need and sadly they all smoke Illegal substance around their kids and my baby brother..... would I be in the wrong to fight and get custody of the three kids???? I cant watch back and thet them get treated like this really need someone advice
