I've only been charting a few months. This was our 4th month TTC. My temps have never been all over the place like this. Anyone have any insight as to why? I have no idea what I'm doing or what to look for other than the temp spike after ovulation.

Mine's been all over the place compared to normal and I take mine at the exact same time before getting out of bed.  I'm hoping maybe it's just my body preparing to make implantation more likely since I was on the pill 9 years before coming off of it at the end of May.

If you're temping correctly, Your temps before ovulation mean nothing. Your post O temps look normal.

Are you using a basal thermometer and testing at the same time every morning?
