Ovulation pain?

I took this last night it says I ovulate today. I have been having cramps like on and off. Is this ovulation pain ?

Answer

Probably is. When I ovulate, I have really bad cramps and I'm usually in the fetal position crying. Lol so I know when I ovulate.
