How Often Do You Brush Your Teeth?

Question

Do you only brush in the morning? 
Do you brush morning and night or every time you eat?

How many of you floss and use mouthwash?

I grew up with my mum working as a secretary in a Dentist's office. We took fluoride pills 2x a day. We had electric toothbrushes and had to do 2 mins on top 2 mins on bottom. Plus flossing before hand so the toothpaste could kill the loosened up bacteria.

As an adult I realize why I never had white teeth or why it was hard to breathe and swallow as a kid. I'm allergic to fluoride.

So now I floss and wish with a fluoride free mouth wash, then I do 2-3 mins at night with a xylitol (sp) based tooth paste. I'll scrub my retainers then head to bed.

In the morning, I'll do a hit of asthma medication, and then swish and gargle 2x with the fluoride free alcohol based mouthwash.

My dentist has quit looking at my teeth, well, I should say he just peeks in and then does the polish cleaning, he'll usually end with "I like it when the two of you come in, you're a Dentist's kid, and he's basically the same. It makes my job so much easier!"

Can believe 3 times is in the low bracket...even dentist said "really?" I hate the feeling of dirty teeth is all

I have so many tooth issues after getting my braces off I had some plaque spots that inevitably turn to cavities wish I never got braces sometimes my teeth weren't even that crooked
