My co worker did a no call no show a few days ago and didn't get fired! My boss even told everyone she did not have a valid reason for not coming in..Wtf?! He shouldn't have even told us day. Yet I'm sure if I or any of my other co workers did so I'm sure we'd be let go immediately...how can someone not be fired for doing a no call no show??
