Acid reflux?

Hi moms. I've been having a weird sensation in the back of my throat that I can feel in my chest and sometimes my lungs. It feels like something is stuck sometimes then gives me a cooling sensation after a minute. Anyone have any ideas.

I have been battling with reflux almost my entire pregnancy and everything gives it to me, even plain water. 😢 My doctor suggested several small meals instead of eating big meals and not lying down after eating, waiting about 45 minutes after a meal to lay down. Also, you may need to incline your headboard, or put several pillows under you at night and not sleep flat. I know, it's a pain (literally) and recently, even zantac has stopped working for me so I need to try and find a new medicine!! Good luck!

I get it from time to time. I just went on Thursday & told my doctor. She gave me Zantac I think. Haven't used it. But maybe your doctor can suggest? Tums just wouldn't do it for me though.

I have that too. My girlfriend said she had it also when she was pregnant and it went away after. Does it kind of feel like you have food stuck in your throat?
