3 cycles vs. 3 months

I had a chemical pregnancy in July and when I had blood work done it was discovered I needed a Rubella vaccine. My doctor said I needed to wait 3 months before trying again because the vaccine could cause birth defects. Then she said "ok so wait 3 cycles and try again". However, I have really long cycles. I have only 2 cycles in 3 months instead of 3. 3 months will be up in a few weeks but only 2 cycles will have passed. Should I hold off another cycle or do you think 3 months is sufficient? I'm just so impatient! Sorry this is so long!
