Mucus plug or discharge?

So this morning I had bad pains in my lower stomach and then something came out, the mucus was like snot. White-Green Stickey Slimey Discharge? I am 30 weeks and 5 days,

I've had mucousy discharge my entire pregnancy. But even if it was your mucous plug it is no indication that you're going into labor. Your plug can regenerate, and there's a ton of it in there. You can lose it for several weeks with no labor signs at all. It's only cause for concern if it is streaked with blood.

When I lost my plug it was like someone hocked a loogy into toilet that had blood in it tmi i know but i never wiped anything. It just sunk to the bottom.
