Home made wipes ?

Question

We are using cloth diapers and I want to make my own wipes. Does anyone have any suggestione? I've done a bit of research. So far I like the idea of using cloth wipes(not sure what material is best)  and a coconut oil base. What did you use?

I have used the little wash cloths that Walmart sells as wipes. The are $3 for 4 and u have 5 packs. Love them and no work for me. Loo

I just cut some old receiving blankets and the ones we received from the hospital after we had our three boys with some pinking shears so they didn't unravel. I have left the edges unsewn for years with no issues. I just use water, baby Castile soap, and some lavender essential oil.

I am planning too. I've made my wipes 8x8", double sided flannel, and some flannel/Terry for big messes.

I use baby wash cloths and made some from flannel. Just cut to size and sewn. For the solution I just used water. But some use other concoctions.. I just didn't see the need to mix other things. I used coconut oil almost every diaper change tho! Love that stuff!!!
