That's just an evap. Never look at a test beyond the time limit. You said it was negative and then you went to throw it away a day or two later and saw the line then. It's a negative and the line is just a evap at that point.

I looked at this after a minute and nothing... I forgot to throw it away and as I went to, two days later I noticed the second line. I was supposed to start my period but just had a little spotting for two days.

If it was 2 days later it's an evap. If you're still worried in a couple days test again and wait 3 mins...but no more than 10
