Vitex and maca user please I really need to know!

Destiny • Sun, Sep 27 • I`m destiny, my so and I have had two miscarriages and then 1 chemical pregnancy/mc I have a beautiful healthy 4.5year old. My wife and I are trying for baby number 2.

Do you Continue taking after ovulation!?!? Do you lower the dosage? Stop all together?? I'm 4dpo and want to make sure I don't do anything that could cause harm to a baby if I get pregnant.
