Last night I had sex in water and I'm not sure if he came in me or not and today my stomach is hurting idk if that is connected or not. Please help

It's possible but you wouldn't be pregnant yet so a stomach ache is not a symptom of you being pregnant today. Take a test in 2 weeks if you don't get your period.

There's no way to know- even hospital blood tests can't detect it until 72 hrs. Seriously though, sex in water is dangerous- water washes out any natural line and produces micro tears in the vagina. Also, look into birth control. It's not just his responsibility.

Anytime you have sex there's a possibility. 
And implantation doesn't occur until 6-12 days after ovulation. So, it'd be too soon to have symptoms if you had sex last night.
