I have been taking for four cyckes almost to the end of the bottle. I take with vitex, maca, folic acid, vitamin d, and vitamin b oh and a baby aspirin! Along with using preseed and opks. Hoping this is my month ttc for 5 months

I keep seeing this on other boards and keep asking but I never get a response! What is it, and what is it supposed to do??? Does it replace prenatals???
