DO YOU SHOW LATER IN FIRST PREGNANCY

I have heard that if you are a first timer you do show later, is this true? This is my first pregnancy & I am 12 weeks pregnant today but I am hardly showing my tummy is now beginning to harden, meanwhile I've seen some bumps on here that are extremely noticeable at like 6 weeks ?????

with my first pregnancy i didnt 'show' properly til 6-7 months! my second was probably 4-5 months & my 3rd was probably 3months 😬
Dont wish a big bump too soon, i am not that big and am struggling to tie my shoe laces already

I am on my first pregnancy. And I just started showing 2 weeks ago and I am 26 weeks.  And even now sometimes I do not look pregnant but just chunky.
