I've got a cold

Ughhhh I'm miserable! I've had a slight cold/post nasal drip since I was 3 wks pg and I'm 7+ wks now. Today I wake up and my ears hurt, nose is stuffed up and my throat is on fire. I plan to contact my dr first thing in the morning when they open. In the mean time what can I take?
