Any diet freaks that knows any ways to loose weight fast or powder shakes to buy or anything ? I just need to find a way to help me loose weight. Thanks in advance for the advice

High protein low carb. Paleo is really amazing also. Depending on how much weight you need to loose - you may also want to look into injectables or oral medication like phentermine . Good luck :)

Keep in mind that any of these "quick fixes" will only keep the weight off if you stay on them. Changing your habits will have permanent results.

I'm doing a no carb diet right now for 10 days. I wake up at 6:45 then at 7 I have black coffee with either coconut oil or heavy cream. At 10:30 I have 3 plain eggs with either 5 strips of bacon or 4 of the brown and ready breakfast sausage links. Then at 2 I have a quarter cup of almonds and two - three small slices of cheese. Between 3-5 is when I workout. After my workout I have baked chicken breast with Roman lettuce and lemon juice or chicken with asparagus. After the 10th day you eat all the carbs you can/want to eat. Then the next day you start the diet again or you can do a modified diet or just healthy. I also drink a lot of water so I don't get hungry.

I eat right n exercise if I want to lose more I make my workouts more intense or just work out twice a day lot of the pills n the fad diets r unhealthy I do drink protein powder drinks to help my muscles recover so I won't b so sore aftef

If you want to lose weight fast then cut your calorie intake using something like myfitnesspal and set it according to your height, weight and ideal weight loss rate, cut back on salt, up the water and exercise. It works quickly but the weight won't stay off, as with any quick fix.

If you're looking for long term, sustainable weightloss that's easy but takes time - high carb, low fat vegan. Starch based or more fruit based partially raw both work depending on where you live with fruit prices and if you prefer more cooked meals, I prefer starch based because you get to eat tonnes of rice, potatoes, quinoa, barley, oats, rye, pasta, pizza, bread etc and it's totally okay 👌 Look up Dr Greger and Dr McDougall for the science and nutrition. Nina and Randa Nelson, Essena O'Neil, Izzythatfruitbat, Vegangains and Freelee for the results. It's great cause you eat until you're full and it's damn good food so you're never hungry 😜 it also makes sense when you look at earlier civilisations (when we passed hunter gatherer) Asia has rice, Americas have corn and potatoes, Europe has root vegetables and potatoes, North Africa has wheat etc. etc. And they're perfectly healthy on traditional diets - explained further in Dr McDougall's work if you're interested.
