How do you know if your having a miscarriage?

Bleeding, cramps... That's about it

I knew I was about to miscarry with my chemical last month because my symptoms started disappearing and the lines in my hpt keep getting lighter (and temp dropped). I cramped the whole time,  and started bleeding 7 days after missed af.

Unbelievable pain and cramping, heavy flow with a fever. If you are concerned might call your OBGYN or go to the ER.

I had terrible cramps. And was gushing blood. It started with just a bright red spot then the cramps then it was labor pains. I soaked a maxi pad with each contraction/cramp.

I had a chemical pregnancy in May. Just woke up one morning with slight bleeding. Went to doctors and test was negative. Then has bright red blood for 7 days with clots. Hardly any cramping just like an extremely heavy period.

I had cramps and then a week later some spotting...  The bleeding became worse and the pregnancy test with week indicator never changed weeks which meant the baby wasn't growing...  One night I had extreme cramps followed by a very large clot which was the embryo...

I knew from the first cramp something wasn't right.
