Cold?!?!

Does anyone have any first trimester congestion?! My nose is killing me. I can barely breathe at night. Any suggestions?

I had a full on sinus infection, I'm a huge stickler on medicine I have always hated taking medicine, but breath right nasal strips, and a netti pot were my best friend hard core and honestly don't be afraid to get some extra rest and drink lots of water.

I was told by my reproductive doc that Tylenol cold is ok. But not ibuprofen. It is counter-productive to helping the embie stick in my uterus.

I have used hot water lemon juice and honey. Helps some. Some cold meds are safe. Also saltine crackers and drinking gatorade.

Oh gosh! It's gonna come back?!?! My husband said to try to Vicks but I want to be as healthy as possible. One friend said try hot steam. Thank you both!!!

Vicks. I had the worst congestion in my first trimester and then it went away in my second and came back for my third 😭 Vicks is all that helps.

Uch I had that this past week in my Third trimester but still sucks I just had to stick it through I was told Vicks isn't a good idea and Tylenol cold is out of the question too according to my on but ask yours he may say something different
