Hey everyone so I just got some test done and turns out I haven't been ovulating and I'm waiting on some more test results before they put me on any medication to help me ovulate and I was just wondering if any of you ladies have had this problem before and what are some ways I can help boost my fertility while waiting for the last test and results to get in? I'm currently taking prenatals with folic acid and DHA and I work out 5 days a week as well as increased my water intake also I already have 1 child and had no problems at all conceiving him so this would be second infertility...any advice would be very much appreciated please and thank you 💙💚
