I'm 21w1d and I work full time as a supervisor over 10 individuals in a call center for a wireless company. I work 12:20pm-9:15pm. I feel great in the mornings, the evenings after work, and my off days. However, the entire time that I am at work I am either nauseous or have headaches. Thinking about having my doctor take me off a week. Has anyone else had this issue?
