(TMI) Orange Discharge?!

I seem to have this nasty, ORANGE discharge! I went to the hospital 2 days ago for vaginal bleeding. Baby is fine, and I don't have a UTI or yeast infection. I told the ER doctor about my discharge being "unpleasant colors" and they told me that everything was fine and to come back if I bleed anymore. Well I haven't bled since I left the hospital, but this discharge DOES NOT seem normal! Anyone experiencing this strange discharge?!
