Why sore breasts?!?!

My breasts are really sore and my period is supposed to start in a like 7 days. I normally don't have one breasts. What could this mean?!

After you ovulate you can have an increase of progesterone. Which is a good thing. It can cause your boobs to be sore. Happens to me every month and I think it's a symptom of PG but just part of the process. Good Luck!

Usually it means high estrogen. Try drinking a lot of water and less caffeine and cut down on salty foods.
