Can't orgasm

So I've had a boyfriend for 5 years and I can't seem to orgasm. I'm 22 and I've masturbated and done everything possible. Even when I'm in the mood the idea of it seems off putting. It's not that I'm uncomfortable with my body. I love my body. I'm not trying to force myself to have an orgasm. My boyfriend gets me hot and heavy but it just doesn't seem to happen. I also have PCOS. Do you think that ha anything to do with it? What's wrong with me?
