Short cervix/cerclage/contractions

Hey ladies in scrolling down and can't really seem to find anyone dealing with this. I'm pregnant with twins. At my 18 and half weeks I found out during an ultrasound that my cervix was dangerously short a 4mm and funneling. They sent me straight to L&D and it was decided that we'd do a cerclage the next day. I also found out that I was contracting without even knowing. I was put on indomethycin for contractions. Anyways I did the cerclage and spent a couple days in the hospital for further monitoring. I was released a couple days later and was told to come back 3 days later for a cervical check so they can measure my clervix. To my doctors surprise my cervix went up to 4cm and no funneling. I thought we were in the safe zone till a couple days ago..they found out my cervix dropped to 2.2cm with slight funneling. I was back in L&D and was contracting again. I was put on procardia and indomethycin and sent home. I have been very worried since and on complete bed rest. Anyone going through this and would like to share there expirence. I'm still contracting through procardia :/  I'm now almost 22 weeks and I wish to at least make it to viability. I'm so stressed out.
