How many heartbreaks have you experienced until you met the one?

Let's see.. I've had "little boyfriends" in junior high but only really count one. It was so bad I cut myself(I was 14, dumb, and just naive I know) it was just like one mark & I still have it. Just a one time thing. Then I got with my sons dad & wow he shattered my heart into pieces, so many times. Over & over. Cheated & beat me. My son was my saving grace. I learned if he wouldn't change for a child, he never would. Thankful I walked away 😊 Then it was my next boyfriend. He was a sweetheart but I broke his heart which broke mine. Too soon after breakup with sons dad, NEVER get with someone too quick just to get over someone. It will blow up it your face. Then my second sons dad did the same as my first. Thankfully, he went to prison, as that was my savings grace, AGAIN. I put my foot down. No more getting used, cheated on, & beat. Now, I'm with a complete sweetheart. He's my knight in shining armor😘💋 now I know you didn't want the whole story, I apologize but thought I'd share that to some girls who maybe see going through the same. Never let a man belittle you, cheat, beat on you, or just take you for granted. Oh he said he'd change? How many times has he said that? Yeah, he isn't gonna change unless its only been the first time & he sincerely made a mistake & is willing to fix it. Because a person had TO WANT to change, a woman forcing him isn't gonna work. He will just make you think he's wanting to change. God Bless you all! Remember, your worth it! Don't ever settle for less 😊

3, My hubby was a dear good friend for 15 years, never looked at him in that light, and then one day...bam my blinders came off. He knew all along he says...so, you just never know....

One. One really horrible relationship that was hell to get past. He took a few pieces of my heart that I will never get back. My now husband was the next guy I dated but it took a LONG time for me to take him out of the friend category.
