Tailbone hurting and crampy. Anyone else ?!

I'm 12w4d and in the last week I have been experiencing tailbone pain. Has anyone else? And what do you recommend doing to help with pain?

Yesss! It hurts to sit for too long and hurts when I move certain ways. Also the past couple days I've noticed soreness in the back of my upper legs. I wanted to get a heating pad but haven't yet. So far just taking Tylenol and laying down if it gets too bad.
